Guest Information and Guidelines
Welcome to Molloy’s Apartments! We ask all residents and guests to adhere to the following rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you expect to arrive earlier, please notify management in advance. Early check-in is subject to availability.
Check-Out:
Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional fees.
Guests must ensure the apartment is left in a tidy condition upon departure.
General Conduct
Non-Residents: Non-residents are strictly prohibited from entering the apartments. Exceptions must be approved in advance by management.
Behaviour and Noise:
Residents must respect the comfort and privacy of others at all times.
Excessive noise, including shouting, singing, playing music, or running in corridors, is not permitted at any time.
Language and Respect: The use of strong, offensive, or abusive language toward guests, staff, management, or members of the public will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Damage and Theft: Residents are fully responsible for any accidental or malicious damage or theft caused to Molloy’s Apartments, Pub, or any other guest’s property. Repair or replacement costs must be paid in full prior to departure.
Fire Safety: Tampering with fire detection systems, fire alarms, or fire-fighting equipment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate penalties and/or legal action. Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
Smoking and Vaping: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside Molloy’s Apartments, including rooms, hallways, and common areas.
Alcohol and Drugs:
Excessive alcohol consumption that leads to disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in eviction and legal consequences.
Security and Safety
Front Door: The front door must remain closed and locked at all times for the safety and security of all residents.
Windows: Windows may be opened but must not exceed a 5-inch gap for safety purposes. Do not throw any items, including rubbish or personal belongings, out of windows. This is a serious safety hazard and will result in prosecution.
Keys: Residents are responsible for their keys. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee of €50. For security reasons, do not share your keys with non-residents.
Emergencies: In case of an emergency, call 112.
Facilities and Additional Services
Fans: During warmer weather, fans may be available upon request. Please inquire with management in the Pub.
Rubbish Disposal:
Rubbish must be disposed of properly in the bins provided.
Do not leave personal belongings or litter in hallways, shared areas, or outside the apartments.
Appliances and Utilities: Use appliances (e.g., ovens, toasters, and kettles) responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Do not leave appliances unattended while in use.
Cleaning Services: - Housekeeping services are provided on a scheduled basis. For stays longer than 3 nights, fresh linens and towels will be provided mid-stay. - If additional cleaning is required, please contact management.
Residents are responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness in their apartments during their stay.
Excessive mess or failure to maintain cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges.
Guests and Visitors: Residents are responsible for the behavior of any guests they invite during permitted hours. Ensure they adhere to these rules.
Enforcement of Rules
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
Immediate eviction without refund.
Payment of additional charges for damages, cleaning, or disruption caused.
Reporting of violations to relevant authorities where applicable.

The induction stove will not turn on unless a compatible pot or pan is already on the burner. Make sure to use cookware that is induction-ready (a magnet will stick to the base). Once the pot or pan is in place, press the power button, select your burner, and adjust the temperature using the + / - buttons. If the pan is removed, the burner will automatically shut off. If you need assistance, please ask a staff member in the Pub.
